Didnt want to speak for myself here, so there are a lot of perspectives in the TFR team overall and the questions 2 and 3 are pretty in-depth, so decided to ask around.
Here are some answers from Novo, one of our lead devs:
>What can we expect from 1.2 and onward?
Beyond 1.2 is a difficult area to explore due to the uncertainties of the future, and Europe is likely.
>If there was a COD-type FPS set in the TFR setting, what would be the plot?
Cascadia and the internal conflicts between the factions or a subset of different campaigns in different theatres.
>If you were to make a movie or a series set in the TFR setting, what would be the plot, actors, etc.?
If i had all the money in the world, likely make an animated anthology that explores different paths.
Personally I agree with him on the last two points. Cascadia is one of the most violent regions in the game before and during the civil war, and we realistically cannot give as much flavor to cement that idea.
