I was about to dust off my Arabic to see what kind of abomination we were dealing with here before I found out it's some random hadith no one takes seriously.
But if you're wondering, the original Arabic does seem to allude to it and the translation isn't misleading, but the constant o algo'ing makes it clear whoever narrated it was taking the piss.
