There is so much constitutional red tape and legal semantics that come with trying to enforce this law. I'm all for it however I'm curious to see how this would play out in the court of law. For ex. picrel is a 14 year old but what legal parameters dictate this as being "minor" or "obscene"? Is it the costume she's wearing? If so what makes this a definable "minor" without proof of a birth certificate? Is it the Creators intent? If that's the case the Creator could come out and say this character is actually 18.
