I’ve been hitting up local bars and talking politics with all the regulars, these are total salt of the earth guys (truck drivers, tradesmen, vets), they’re enamored by Newsom. The bar has big screen TVs all over the walls, all of them are showing Gavin’s X feed at all hours of the day. I’ve started calling myself a Gavin Newsom Republican, they all seem to be intrigued by that label.

Newsom has a ton of momentum heading into 2028, he’s got a legitimate shot at winning this thing.

Anyone else moved on from the alt right/MAGAtard/incel bullshit? I was a hardcore Trump guy in 2016, I’ve definitely cooled off these days and I’m definitely vibing with what the Newsom campaign is putting out.
