They aren't, and they should be getting esports money considering all the best teams are European. I think their spend is low because the games they play don't even cost money.

I actually want countries like India to compete, because it'll be funny to see them lose. It's a shame they don't even show up for certain games, like Dota 2. It's not like the money is bad, and they just can't compete.
