Putin is afraid of a personal meeting with President Zelenskyy due to Russia's fear of losing its image as a "great power," President Stubb said.

"He fears that Europe and the United States will remain united in supporting Zelenskyy. He fears that he will not be able to restrict Ukraine's self-determination," @alexstubb said in an interview for the Ykkösaamu program.
