how to achieve deep meditation and master prana.
been retaining for 3.5 years. Many challenges underway, but i want to go further, been doing meditation 2 months, 15 minutes per day. But i feel like im missing some key elements.

been trying pranayam alittle, need to do more.

and going to acupuncture because i have tension in neck and chest
