I actually want to play the game and have it upgraded to modern standards instead of having to spend weeks searching through nexus, downloading mods, figuring out what's shit and what's worth it, dealing with crashes, balancing issues, performance problems, and watching hours worth of youtube tutorials to basically re develop a game because skyrim is running on a 2011 engine that has catastrophic problems with basic shit such as textures or LOD unless you download gigabytes worth of mods to fix it.

Someone architect spent months doing all of the autism for me, I am more than glad to play their creation and tweak it when needed instead of trying to build the house myself from the foundation.
