America's weakness is demographics.
China has 1.4 billion.
India has 1.5 billion.
US has 0.3 billion.
Also, once China develops further the US won't be able to brain drain China for the best talent.
The US economy at this very moment is propped up by the AI hype, which is almost entirely driven by Chinese talent, to give just one example.

At the same time I wonder if AI might make demographics irrelevant.
