Gee I wonder. In my experience ftms tend to fit into two groups.

1. "f2femboy" where they become the girliest twinks they can (picrel). Naturally this confuses and often even enrages people. But idk who cares?

2. "f2bear" where they transition into a middleage man who has given up on apperances. I assume this is an overcorrection to female obsession with looks and being sick of all that. These will get fat and hairy while sometimes shaving their head. Contra expectation they still tend to be pretty fashionable.

My assumption is it's much more common for members of the small group of ultrafats to be ftms than it is for the group of ftms to be ultrafat. Probably related to whales defensively hating social norms to justify not being attractive and that a feminine form is an important part of female gender identity which the amorphous blobs do not have.
