Yes and no. The insane headshot multiplier and infinite ammo make it snipers best weapon vs things you can headshot. Its still basically unusable vs hellbrutes because of their tiny head, but their still easy enough to kill with block or even heroic knife.
Fire rate Fusil still has the highest DPS but heroic bolt sniper has infinite uptime.
