Half way, guys....

Ok for 2018, my idea is as such

Basically the premise is that spooky scary mod has escaped and the mods are helpless to stop him. He is a bot and is going around with a ban hammer and randomly banning people in fast moving threads. Of course this can only occur in large boards. His bans will read, "user was banned by spooky scary mod(or anything in between)" or anything along those lines. Even saying that Hiro did the ban might be a bit fun.
4chan users will then be given an option to either endorse the ban or repeal the ban. After a certain number of bans or repeals have been made, the user would either be given a 1 hour ban or those endorsing him will be given a 15 minute ban.
Problem is that I think people would just start endorsing all the bans.

But then again, I do think that this >>5700 idea, is a good one

Ok regarding the Keit-Ai spammer who's just being annoying. I have a slight something that might do something. What if when he's being reported by jannies for evading he's given a temp 15 minute ban and with each executive ban evading report it adds another 15 minutes? The reason I'm suggesting this is because I notice that he continues to post after a few minutes even after I've reported him. Maybe even a few times after that. There are times where I've had to report him 4 or 5 times. Or should I just continue to PM a mod everytime I see him?
