Not really. Red Armin's body is full of scars, which are difficult to draw consistently every panel. Only the MCs of the author's last two works have designs (the boy with yugioh-tier spiked hair and the blonde boy with chains everywhere) more complex than Red Armin. The masked guy I posted earlier only needs small touches, and this other protagonist is a normal-looking shota that can turn his body into bizarre weapons, so it doesn't require a lot of consistency between panels.
