hey john. good morning. hey, if you're interested in gambling, getting back into the market, i think i've picked a winner. stock is wkey, they do a lot of things but their main product is "quantum secure chips," which i guess go into all sorts of critical infrastructure. stay with me here but the market has already accepted that, they spun out the division, company called laes, market cap of 1.3 billion. wkey still controls a majority of shares though, but wkey is valued under 200 million. wkey also has a number of other businesses, not profitable, but they're not worth nothing. they also have 80 million in cash. incredible value with a growth story attached. ceo is a longtime un and wef member, well connected. do what you will, but i'm in it, big believer, and i'd like to see you make a lot of money, you've been my friend.

anyways did my cardio, made progress, got all sweaty. in 16 hours or so i'll go back and lift some weights.

wild day on the market, emotionally, in dreamland. haven't even left my room yet. saw they might be punishing you (unjustly) loverboy, you'll be welcome here when you're out of jail. i will protect you from bullying. need to get a smoothie inside me but i've eaten so much already today. it's paying off though, looking fantastic, health still improving, bad molecules being replaced with good ones. current state is naked, soggy, and little overwhelmed with everything, soon to be sweaty, in pain and burping up yogurt.
futures down/flattish but if today was any indicator that's no predictor of what tomorrow will be like. craziest "flat" day i've ever seen and not sure what to make of it.
