Why is it that, despite endless attempts by the West to astroturf support for Ukraine, the Ukrainian cause is far less popular among the global public than the Palestinian cause, and Russia is far less despised than "israel"?

Why are there virtually no pro-Palestine protests, Palestine solidarity or BDS groups, etc. in Russia, even in universities or Muslim majority areas?
