I would argue it is more sinister than that.
The women who are frontmen/talking heads are nothing but (at best) administrators.
But their true purpose is to just be appointed bodies in a position that nominally has some accountability while the decisionmakers are never in the public light.
Someone fireable to ink the policy papers and argue the policies in front of the cameras.
Not only that, the fact we see so many women, even a dominance, means the likely average IQ in the room is <115.
Probably closer to 100.
This is in other words should not be enough for them to seek higher education outside the humanities (at least when higher education meant that you needed to be above average intelligence).
Those women in the pic are just the sacrificial coffee ladies pretending, and possibly being deluded enough into believing, to be important.
