I think you mean the false sky. That's the "teyvat bubble" teyvat dosen't have it's own space it exists in everyone elses space the same one surtalogi and skirk and the traveller travel through but skirk entered though the hole made in the natlan AQ. The false sky exists to protect teyvat from the outside for some unknown reason and in that outside the cubes also exist probably. Alot is up to speculation.
The shades and the HP have control over the outside of teyvat too is what I'm asserting.
