STEM programs produce cubicle workers.
STEM intentionally avoids Arts, Humanities... literally anything that girls might be interest in.
So obviously STEM students won't be talking to girls, or even have anything to talk about, that girls might be interested in.
Keep them in their cubicle, chasing the dream that they will make an amazing discovery that will make their boss rich and they will get headpats. Eliminate all the drama that relationships bring to the workplace. Meanwhile girls are given management positions supervising the STEMbots, to sexually frustrate them, and make them think the only way to get a promotion is by wearing a dress, and cutting their dick off.
