They are all translations of the "I" pronoun.
Ore is strictly informal and can be kinda rude, used mostly by men when they are in their own group of friends, or by rude individuals (yakuza, deliquents). Sounds boastful and rough.
Boku is a male pronoun. It's a little bit informal, but you are mostly okay using it in front of your teacher or manager, it's not rude. Mostly used by young men or boys.
Watashi is the default pronoun, it's formal and gender-neutral. You can never go wrong with it, but it may sound stiff in a friend group.
Atashi is the same as boku, but strictly for girls, it's very feminine.
Besides that, there are other pronouns, like Wasshi, Ware, Watakushi.
