I used to have altruistic thoughts up until recently. Now I'm red-faced at being so naive so as to ever have placed any hope in humanity, as the kind of humanity that deserves "good" is furthest from this reality. We are on a planet of multiplying subhuman parasites draining and destroying Nature, which is God's creation... that's all there is to it, at this point in time.
Helping others is no longer honorable or productive as it was, even a few years ago, and from my experience it's now offensive to the Creator. So now my policy is "help yourself, leave others the fuck alone because they're spiritually sick, they choose to be spiritually sick and it's God's will for them to be spiritually sick". I've helped enough over the years.
Whatever good there is, is a distraction from the ugly truth of this world. Why wouldn't it be much more pleasant and comfortable to be distracted from that ugly truth. That ugly truth didn't help me at all on my journey to enlightenment whereas I couldn't have progressed without a cautious universal altruism. Times have changed.
