What you've discovered is Earth is ran by ayys/demons in the hiding from normal populace (either inner earth, or beyond ice wall), and they need kapos to run things inside the camp, and to get kapo roles the goyim need to making humiliation rituals/break big taboos etc. , so you get the role of "Alpha Slave". There might be some hybrids among the population also, but they too just are higher positions of the managerial class, whilst the true rules lie in areas beyond reach of normies (so rebellion is impossible, that german uboat document showed that inner earth is probhibited from humans, and ice wall is protected by every world military, so no "tourist" goes "visiting" non-earth zones that lie beyond the ice wall)

The politics, wars, are just competition of kapos, who gets to rule, who gets the "alpha slave" position etc. picrel should give you a clue that not even the royalty are truly in charge (the one doing the poking probably offspring of some hybrid line, but probably not a ruler either)
