My Daily Routine
I start my day by grabbing a cup of organic medium roast coffee combined with 400mg of L-Theanine to reduce anxiety. I will perform Wim Hof breathing and step into my Morozko Forge ice bath for 10 minutes. Then I will use my MitoRed 1500x lamp to promote collagen production, wound healing and mitochondrial health. If I have a lot of work to do, I might put on the VieLight, which uses transcranial intranasal light exposure to produce an acute boost in cognitive performance. Then I will lie down on my full-body PEMF unit - the Pulse XL Pro - to improve neuroplasticity and cranial blood flow.

Now that I'm ready for work, I will put on some noise-cancelling headphones and listen to Brain.fm to increase communication between my brain's left and right hemispheres. When it's time for a break, I will put on my DAVID Delight audiovisual entrainment device to help me relax.

After work, I will then do an at-home session of Peak Brain Institute training for my 3-month neurofeedback program. I will take a microdose of psilocybin to assist in creativity. I will go on a walk and perform an apnea walk every time I pass a telephone pole in order to improve my breath hold. When I get home, I will take a microdose of psilocybin and perform dual n-back training to improve my memory.

It's now time for bed. To prepare, I will eat a wild-caught salmon fillet topped with a tart cherry sauce, alongside roasted vegetables and white rice to increase serotonin. I will turn on my lavender oil diffuser and get to work. I will put on my Circadia electrical headband for 20 minutes to stimulate serotonin and melatonin while lowering cortisol. I will meditate followed by reading a book. Then I will fall asleep.

Do not consume any drugs including alcohol.
On Saturday, work full time on your side business. You should have a side business.
On Sunday go to church.
