How do I get into management? Serious question
Here's my stats
>26
>extremely good grade in economics/CS Frankenstein degree
>currently senior dev with a few more responsibilities but nothing you could call real management
>autistically good on an engineering level, and been doing senior level dev for almost 4 years now, total job experience is like 6 years
>outside of work some really tiny open source projects
That's about it
My current job is comfy and paying well, but it's not "retire before retirement age tier" and I'm getting the career ladder itch.
