I feel you anon, desu I think its just a weird disconnect until later but high grade units are simply high grade parents, all my best units are Bs. I think as time goes on itll get easier to get more stats and stuff so theyll become A's eventually. My Urara whos a B+ carries my A Oguri Cap in team trials pretty often.
