Roxy isn't even in my top 50 character designs. She was literally a random knight from a random show that I thought looked above average, so I used her in an example, and that was enough to cause your mental breakdown. Tower Dungeon is a really hideous looking abomination, so most random knight designs from anime will look better than it. A buzzword like "generic" doesn't mean anything to me because literally any design including Tower Dung designs can be "generic" if lots of similar designs to it get made, calling something "bland" or "generic" or "soulless" etc doesn't say anything about the inherent characteristics of the design. You shill literal ugly cancer just because it's different or diverse. Roxy's shiny and clean chipless metal armor, high heel boots gloves, blond hair and blue eyes are all inherent attributes to the design that I like and that make it look good.
