I usually just power through them since most of them don't really bother me. They only ones I can't handle are the ones that have long stretches of quiet followed by loud unpredictable jumpscares since it fucks with my anxiety disorder and gets me all worked up before anything even happens. I can handle Outlast, Dead Space and RE7 but put me in front of the funny bear game for 20 minutes and I will feel like I am about to have a heart attack.
