i 've noticed some of my affirmations feel more natural to say and give me less resistance back compared to others. all boils down to how much you can feel persuaded while saying them, especially in the face of your 3D surroundings.

I love general affirmations/statements, such as the "Is not it wonderful" one even though i prefer to use "I am so happy" for my lullaby, or "everyrthing worked out in my favor"/"everything works out in my favor" since it's what i typicallly say when something good happens to me
for repetitive affirmations, general statements could be very effective. our dimensionally greater selves know what we want and more, so it should be a safe bet
