Nanoka's line here regarding dating was その想い人が不知火･･･とは思えないけど･･･ (Sono omoi hito ga shiranui to wa omoenaikedo) or "I don't think the person she loves is Shiranui". 想い人 (omoi hito) being "loved one, lover, sweetheart". So, I guess you could also say that the line is translated fine, but dating does make it seem a little more casual. Nanoka here is presumably referring to the love Mao was referring to that was already evident in the Heian era. Oh and she uses -sama for Sana.
