2, a revolution
3, the US falls apart and gets conquered and broken up
i'm betting it's #2, because #1 isn't going to happen since they all agree on everything and #3 isn't going to happen because no one is interested and wrt #2, this is what the most powerful country in the world known as the china federation wants
