3) Feeling is the secret. I was doing affirmations completely wrong. Not saying robo affirmations don't work, they just take longer to stick. I just go for the feeling of having it and stay in it. I don't get upset when im over my parent's house and hear their zog media machine cranking out over the alexa, i seriously just ignore it and feel myself to be something i would like and just enjoy the feeling. Sometimes i get caught up in "how do i make this hapen". But the easiest way to get rid of any negative emotion or thought you dont want is to stop trying at all. Its called the Law of Reverse Effort i think but basically, in mental operations, the harder you try, the less it will work. Completely relaxing is the way to when wanting to get rid of unwanted thoughts or emotions. And just feel as though you had it. Feel the feeling. You don't have to be excited, just feel as though you had it . Its pleasant, I dont get really excited, I just feel good I have it, if that makes any sense.
