Do coomers have an naturally acquired better understanding of LLMs than the experts?

I hear a lot of discussion about memory and long context windows, but even supposedly well informed people who get time on TV don't seem to understand just how dissimilar this is to genuinely revealing ability metrics personality stability at long contexts and how poorly every model performs in that vein at long contexts.
