I'd say it really depends on your intent. I tend to go for shrinking more than growth because of things like intimacy and making it about more than just rampaging and wrecking civilization but I have found myself preferring 1:1000 size ratio nowadays, it used to be 1:100 before. On top of that I also like taller and thicker girls so those huge asses can be even bigger. To a 2-ish mm tall tiny a huge BBW's ass might as well be a pair of incomprehensibly huge, wobbling planetoids and I'm all for it. But hey, that's just me and I'm not speaking for anyone else. Even without the BBW element, a tall, more moderately chubby girl with a huge butt would make for all the more impressive view at such a size ratio and I picture interactions with it as trying to climb up a jiggly gelatinous mountain.
