I love IASIP but knowing how loras work I can already tell you she'd end up very... deformed. Unless you trained it with very young pics, loras tend to exaggerate features. MILFs end up looking like 10 years older. There's this Anne Hathaway lora that keeps getting posted ITT and she looks like a stretched skeleton. Dee would face the exact same fate.
