Well gentlemen it would appear I am not high enough ilvl for OC.
I think I was pretty much set on buying a set of crafted gear, because it looks like getting Heliometry gear is dick cramps due to needing the Universal tomes and idk where to get those. Am I making a mistake by this course of action?
