I really wish they had added unique sprites for the homeless. I wonder why it's even in the options menu if the game never calls it smegma in dialogue anyway.

Here's a proof of concept for smegma sprites I edited onto a screenshot like two years ago. I could never find a collaborator to code it into the game. I would probably draw it differently now.
