A French internet meme that has been all the rage for several months, even among normies, and which makes russophobic politicians look even more mentally ill than they already are: the Celerus medicine box. "Celerus" is a play on words meaning "It's the Russians". It is used whenever a politician lies by claiming that the Russians are behind a problem in France.
