depends on what students you have built/what resources you can spend and how many teams you can field

if you've got utaha bond20 c.hare then you'll want p.noa for 2nd phase. i have a 5/m/m/7 jk neru i love to use so i focused on borrowing for the first phase. i don't have hifumi so i used juri+eimi with eimi tanking the bouncing attacks using her skill to heal. i used fubuki as the stunner

the more hp/defense eimi has the easier it is and the more margin of error you have. i tried using gimmicks involving hanako(special) and hanae to healing but there's then damage issues

you have to look at what specials you have to boost the damage in phase1/phase2. i don't have himari to combo with my ny.fuuka so i couldn't quite get the borrowed mika/jk neru to do enough damage and then when i went to phase2 i had more trouble. phase 2 wakamo starts launching nukes that will kil anything that's not light armor and beneath 30k hp so you're gonna have issues with buffers surviving and striker healers. c.sena/rumi have yellow armor so they're instantly killed. i don't have koharu but she's also yellow armor so i don't think she'll fare better.

i'm level 80 and my jk neru can do phase2. my 3rd team is really awkward and can barely do 3k damage so that's something else to think about. how many teams can you field and how well can they do. the missiles wakamo throws during phase2 really hinders throwing bodies at her.
