It really comes down to if third parties can just swallow their pride, shed their decades long Nintendo bias and just finally put the games they've held back from Nintendo platforms and just finally prioritise Nintendo as their main platform.

I imagine sony will HAVE to double down the next 8 years and just will be forced to get out their chequebook and start signing up new exclusivity deals (aka bribes to not release their game on Nintendo) like they did in the PS1 days.
