Because the distinction between a "jump" and a step is arbitrary. He didnt jump with two feet, he jumped with one foot, landed on the same foot, and then took a step with his left foot finally.

The pivot foot shit fundamentally makes no sense since eurosteps being valid means that either there is no pivot foot (because you cant take two steps and then stop and jump) or the pivot foot is the foot of the final step, in which case Kumingas final step is a valid step
