That's a surefire way to get the site into some form of legal trouble. Either from Booth itself or creators eventually banding together to file some kinda joint claim.
Better to just keep the site as a public repository of stuff that is or has been on booth in the past and possibly add some kind of review system so you don't get blindsided by some retarded/lazy creator using unity cloth or uploading a T-shirt that's 100k vertices for some reason.

Leave piracy to the other places like ripperstore and whatnot.
