Sadly you would probably never go for Arrival. You can fairly reliably make a 5k Arrival but Towers are just not good. They don't do anything and ironically there are a bunch of other Link-5/6 cards that are way better. You can make Firewall Dragon Singularity with the protection given by Gachiri @Ignister, which functionally makes it a Towers and it will have a multi-bounce quick effect for interruption.

Pic related is the endboard you can get from a single A.I. Meet You searching Achichi. You unironically use 14 ED slots on this combo alone. Better hands can search Microcoder for Cynet Conflict as well. All this said, the 15th ED card is Accesscode, which isn't particularly useful just because the deck sucks at playing into established boards. So if you really want you could play The Arrival Cyberse.
