proper sleep (or caffeine), and time management, also i formed a somewhat healthy habit, of feeling like i wasted my life if i don't draw anything, and it makes me feel really upset/depressed the following day, and it really sucks when that dread follows me to work. maybe try that.
even though i don't really work on my passion project as much as i want to. sketching out ideas and doing studies helps with "the big picture", the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.
