Hey I'm a bit new, so I wanna know if this is a common problem or not. So far I've done like 120 pulls for Rei and all of the 3 stars I've gotten have been different characters. It was nice at first, but then it started to get annoying really fast. I get that she's not guaranteed, but I just wanna know what the actual percentage is for these recruits.
