tl;dr if you do fuel her, Kozan is an undefendable 5 coin +50% damage skill (which I think gens envy) every two turns.
For PURE tremor you might still be better off with quake rounds or zwei's utility though.

Erlking comes with the caveat that you don't care about S2 if you want count, and he has free guaranteed access to LAMENT, MOURN, AND DESPAIR which is +2 count off his cycling iirc.
Molar clashes a lot worse with all skills BUT has a 10 base evade.
