It looks like China has not yet unlocked this secret techtree.

Turns out I was correct to recycle unused 2/2/2 discs for Yuzuha.
I'm glad I didn't waste tons of resources to get her perfect discs for a marginal +1% team dps.

Now I can actually upgrade my supports with the new proper support disc.
Disc power creep is a real thing. The more you save your disc resources the better off you are.
