Why wouldn't barb/rubi/golbez/zero not get weapons? They will, they have material drops for it. Endsinger is the next after hyda, then after that barb.
I expect SoS 7.4 to match the ultimate, then endsinger 7.5. Barb/rubi/golbez/zero bunch will be 8.0 like the emerald/ruby/diamond weapons were in 7.X
