Jesus failed all of his prophecies to usher in the messianic era during his followers lives. He told them they would live to see this.
According to the Old Testament that means he isn’t even allowed to be messiah. Christians don’t care about Yahweh’s rules and just ignore all of this and lie and say it didn’t happen.
Jesus lied constantly. He said no man had ever ascended to heaven despite the Old Testament saying Elijah and Enoch had done just that.

Knowing that Elijah must precede the Messiah (Malachi 3:1, 23), Jesus claimed that John the Baptist was Elijah (Matthew 11:10-14, 17:10-13) even though John himself denied any connection with that prophet (John 1:21). Jesus’ avowal that the Law will exist “until heaven and earth pass away” (Matthew 5:18) is meant to be misleading.
