ive heard of this type of thing happening before. gf does nurse/caretaker work and says that mothers sometimes do this with their disabled sons. its less common with sisters, usually theyll ask one of their close friends to help. but apparently when the disabled family member is female then sisters are more willing to help.

also nurses and caretakers arent allowed to do anything sexual to patients but apparently some nurses (especially more old school ones) will take pity on young frustrated boys and keep "cleaning" their penises until an "accident" happens or theyll give them a prostate exam if they let them.

i really hope my gf gets a patient like that, hed never forget her.
