I agree with most of what you said except for one caveat and hear me out on this.

Why would the government target low IQ people for eradication? Think about it. Who goes to war? The children of low income people. Who serves in the Marines? Crayon eaters. Thats what we call them.

Who dies in war? Those who are low IQ enough to go to war.
The elites value higher IQs and it shows. They are not interested in preserving the lives of the blindly obedient as they know even the higher IQs will not bite the hands that feed them.
Yes they are trying desperately to thin the herd and I disagree with this as we are headed for a population collapse within 30 to 40 years as predicted in the 70s by the very bright students at MIT and recently reiterated by Elon Musk.
However.
Just as much as technology is now "dirty" to some extent in terms not of CO2 which is plant food, but in terms of pollution we now know how to cheaply manufacture solar panels and other tech which is clean and not filled with toxins and is ready to be tossed safely into landfills without fear of contamination of soil and drinking water.
Sodium ion batteries are poised to surpass lithium batteries and that is coming much faster than you think.
The way forward is not depopulation. It is consumption and a continuation towards clean tech which will arrive faster with more research and consumerism.
