Compare it to this edit where I remove this outer ring surrounding the crease. A tongue has a U shape to it with a crease in the center, as the muscles are usually most defined on the outer edges. This picture looks far more like a tongue, it's just that the outer ring I removed isn't enough on its own to make you think "condom."
